Terms of Service — mypawprintify.com

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the use of the online store available at mypawprintify.com.

1.2. The store is operated by mypawprintify.com.

1.3. The Store operates a distribution model, offering products from third-party suppliers without holding physical inventory.

1.4. Products may be shipped directly from international warehouses. By placing an order, the Customer may act as the importer of record and may be responsible for customs duties and taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

1.5. The Store informs the Customer before purchase whether VAT is included (e.g. under IOSS) or payable separately.

1.6. We cooperate with trusted suppliers and logistics partners to ensure service quality and delivery efficiency.

1.7. We reserve the right to limit product availability by region.


2. Orders and Fulfillment

2.1. Products are sourced from external suppliers.

2.2. After payment is confirmed, the order is forwarded to the supplier for fulfillment.

2.3. Unpaid orders may be canceled after 3 business days.

2.4. Order processing time is up to 7 business days, and estimated delivery time ranges from 4 to 45 business days, depending on location.

2.5. The Store is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the Customer.

2.6. If delivery exceeds 45 business days, the Customer may request a refund by contacting:
support@mypawprintify.com within 7 days of that period.


3. Purchases and Pricing

3.1. By placing an order, the Customer enters into a sales contract with mypawprintify.com.

3.2. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of:

  • technical errors,
  • incorrect pricing or product descriptions,
  • supplier unavailability,
  • suspected fraud or abuse.

3.3. Prices displayed may include VAT depending on supplier setup (e.g. IOSS). Otherwise, taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the Customer.

3.4. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.


4. Liability

4.1. We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.

4.2. We are not responsible for supplier stock changes.

4.3. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third parties.

4.4. While products are supplied by third parties, we assist Customers with complaints and product-related issues.


5. Customer Data

5.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2. Data may be shared with suppliers, payment providers, and logistics partners solely for order fulfillment.


6. Product Safety

6.1. Products are expected to comply with applicable safety standards.

6.2. If a product is identified as unsafe, Customers will be notified and appropriate actions (refund, replacement) will be taken.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1. Customers may request returns or refunds in accordance with our Returns Policy.

7.2. We offer a 30-day return period from delivery.

7.3. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

7.4. Return shipping costs may be borne by the Customer unless stated otherwise.

7.5. Refunds are processed within up to 14 business days after approval.


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws depending on the Customer’s country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights available to consumers under local laws.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
